Ballot Box Finder
About Ballot Box Finder
A simple, privacy-minded way to start looking for ballot drop box locations.
A practical starting point
Ballot Box Finder is an independent information tool built to make public election information easier to find. Enter an address to see election details and up to five ballot drop box locations when those locations are available for an active election.
The finder is meant to be a useful first step—not a replacement for your ballot instructions or your local election office.
Where the information comes from
The service uses the Google Civic Information API, which provides election information supported by the Voting Information Project and official election sources. The data can change as election offices publish or update details.
Election information is specific to each election and may be incomplete or unavailable. Confirm deadlines, hours, eligibility, and current locations with your state or local election office.
Designed with privacy in mind
This site does not create accounts, set cookies, use analytics, or intentionally store submitted addresses. The address you enter is used to perform the lookup and is sent through our server to the Google Civic Information API. See the privacy and data use notice for more detail.
